Annual Spring Gala – Opportunities available to support the planning and organizing of the event, including phone calls, emails, online applications, Save The Date/Invitations, and more. Gala day opportunities include set up and transportation of items, as well as take down after the event.
Annual Golf Tournament
Annual Fall Golf Tournament – Opportunities available to support the planning and organizing of the event, including phone calls, emails, online applications, Save The Date/Invitations, and more. Tournament day opportunities include set up and transportation of items, as well as take down after the event. This event also requires several volunteers with completed E3 training to chaperone students who are participating in playing golf. We also have spots available for registration, photographer, and much more.
School Opportunities
Every year many opportunities are available for parents to assist the guides and staff at the school. We are always needing volunteers for yard work, snow shoveling, and cleaning. Many of our volunteer positions do require E3 training and Car Seat Training in order to be cleared for these positions. Please see the following information for those requirements. These positions include substitutes and field trip drivers.
Requirements for Volunteers of Children

Car Seat Training
In order for volunteers to drive young children on outings, they first must complete a Child Car Seat Training. WOS holds 1 session at the beginning of the school year for all interested volunteers. If you are unable to attend, you may also find more available classes here.
